Horror’s Best Vampire Movies

When we speak of horror movies, many people automatically think of vampires. This is probably because these blood sucking monsters have been on the big screen since 1922’s Nosferatu was released. That was followed in 1931 by Dracula, staring horror film legend Bela Lugosi as the Count. There is a fascination with these creatures that has led some filmmakers and writers to make them more human and, what I call, pussyfi what is supposed to be a monster. They aren’t romantic and they aren’t sympathetic; they are ruthless, monstrous killers.

Here is my list of the best vampire movies ever made. I went 20 deep on this one because this sub-genre is very deep.
